Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Times We ship exclusively within the United States. Once your order leaves our supplier's warehouse, estimated delivery is 7-15 business days.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-demand periods.

Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3-5 business days for tracking information to update.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order.

Delays ZURA is not responsible for delays caused by weather, carrier issues, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Lost or Stolen Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will investigate.
